Steven Hayes is an integral member of the Nerang First National Real Estate Sales Team.



Steven Hayes relocated to the Gold Coast in 1994 to take up a position as a Senior Greenkeeper during the reconstruction phase at the prestigious “The Grand” golf course on the Gold Coast which culminated in the course hosting the recent Australian Open.
Prior to The Grand, Steven has been involved in building subdivisions on the Mornington Peninsula as well has holding Green keeping positions at Lakelands Golf Course, Capricorn International at Yeppoon and the Weipa Golf Course which represents more than 10 years in that industry.
Looking for a change Steven began his career in property management with Nerang First National in 2002 and quickly became an integral part of the team. Steven has been instrumental in the expansion of the property management portfolio and the implementation of Best Practice systems and procedures ensuring that all Nerang First National clients receive a consistent and quality service.
Steven believes that the advantage of having spent time in such different fields of employment has been the enjoyment of working with many people from all walks of life. This has helped him gain the confidence to deal with people on a variety of levels, an important skill in Property Management.
Steven is a member of the REIQ property management chapter and First National’s property management chapters as well as being a registered salesperson.
The majority of Steven’s clients are regular Australians looking for a secure long-term investment whilst saving for retirement and gaining a genuine opportunity to reduce taxable income through negative gearing. Steven is a residential property investor himself and understands the unique pressures and requirements that residential property investment demands.
