Jacinta moved to the Gold Coast in 2003, after falling in love with the city after visiting her parents on various occasions.

Growing up in Canberra, Jacinta had a passion for writing, photography, and working with computers. She completed year 12 with a Certificate 2 in multimedia, and was accepted into the Television Production course at Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga.

During this time, she travelled north to Cairns to complete a brief internship at WIN Television writing commercials. It was at this time that she decided that advertising was her passion, and decided to pursue this career after graduating, finding her niche in the marketing department at Nerang First National.

Starting as the Marketing Assistant in 2003, Jacinta was promoted to the position of Marketing Manager in 2006 and is responsible for all marketing and advertising initiatives at Nerang First National.
