After many years in Customer Service and running two businesses of her own, Cherie decided a sea change was the order of the day, she packed up her family and moved to the Gold Coast 15 years ago.

Married with three children (all off her hands now) and a grandma, Cherie has relocated to Nerang after many years in Mudgeeraba.  

Real Estate has always been her passion, buying and selling with a couple of investment properties; Cherie decided that Real Estate was to be her new career.

Starting off in sales in the Varsity Lakes/Burleigh area, she decided that the rental properties she was attending needed a better manager than they currently had and decided to do something about it by becoming a Property Manager and over the past 7 years has been a Senior Property Manager.

Cherie’s mission is to provide the best in service to all her landlords and tenants, ensuring that all of her rent roll is maintained to market value at all times, and that landlords had someone who cared for their properties and investments like it was their own.

Cherie is proud to now be working with the team at Nerang First National heading up the Property Management Team.
