Born in Edinburgh, Scotland to a mother descended from gypsy royalty, Andrew was destined to spend his early years travelling right throughout Scotland. As soon as he was old enough to leave the nest Andrew decided to lay down roots for his formative years in the ancient drovers’ town of Crieff in the picturesque Perthshire county in central Scotland.

Straight out of high school, Andrew joined the banking industry with the local branch of the Trustees Savings Bank for just over 5 years. After being constantly on the move for most of his childhood Andrew really started to feel a part of the Crieff community and found a huge amount of satisfaction with local community service projects, including working with limbless war veterans and conservation work at Blair Atholl Castle.

In 1996 Andrew joined the area’s largest employer, Crieff Hydro a Victorian era hydropathic spa resort set on 900 acres of rolling hills and valleys. During his five years with the resort, Andrew quickly rose within the company’s 400 odd staff till he was part of the senior management team. The 6 years at the Crieff Hydro taught Andrew some important lessons for success that he finds just as important in real estate today including the importance of training and education, quality of service and working as a team.

Working in the hospitality industry anywhere in the world brings you in contact with travellers from around the world and it was the Australians that Andrew found himself bonding most strongly with. Eventually the tales of all the blue skies, sunshine and fantastic beaches soon became too much and his bags where packed and Australia became home.

Having arrived with a wealth of experience in hospitality, it may have seemed natural for Andrew to remain in that industry and many people might have taken this path but instead he elected to take the skills and experience gained and apply them in a different direction. Deciding to enter the real estate industry, he started with Nerang First National and has not looked back.

Past clients continually return to Andrew when looking for an agent and often write to our office, ecstatic with Andrew's service - from his stress free approach in buying & selling, to his witty sense of humour.

Although specialising in the Worongary, Molendinar, Ashmore and Pacific Pines, Andrew has had great success with properties right around our region.

Andrew Davidson recently featured on one of Australia's most popular Pay TV Programs, Selling Houses Australia.

The show features real estate expert, Andrew Winter. 

Andrew Davidson called in  Andrew Winter and the team from Selling Houses Australia for a makeover on Craig and Gary's house at Armstrong Way in Highland Park.

Andrew and the team at Nerang First National achieved the sale for Craig and Gary who are excited and looking forward to the move to Clagiraba.
