Market Opinion

First National Real Estate have just released their Outlook for Australian Property for 2010. The Queensland property market should further strengthen over the first six months of 2010, with the potential for small increases in property prices and rentals on the back of moderate price growth over the last six months of 2009.

You can read the whole report below or open the document and click on the download button to download it to your computer.

The report covers property price trends,  vacancy rates,  and stock availability.  All states are covered in detail  including the 2010 Queensland property outlook.
