Whilst out viewing houses for sale last week we came upon a house where the owner had a fresh take on his e-Mail delivery.

We don’t know if he is ahead of his time or way behind it. Maybe he is confused with all that technology mumbo jumbo and thinks this is how he is suppose to get his email delivered.

I decided to add it to my funny real estate photos collection. Here are some other photos that I have found on the web and that brought a smile to my face over the years.

The  law says you must give full   disclosure  of any problems with a house when you sell it but this might be taking it a bit to far!

Cant see the problem with the photo??… Obviously the salesperson who took the shot did not notice either as he uploaded it to the internet… but look a little harder.

I have seen some ugly houses in the past, but none that have been that ugly that they warranted their own street sign.

This owner decided to sell himself and come up with a wonderful marketing solution … give the house away with a glass of lemonade…..  a $6.2 million dollar glass of lemonade.

You better not sleep walk at this house that features a double carport for your boats.

You would think the agent could have come back and photographed the room once the band had finished playing…  It might have made the room look a little bigger!

What was that reason the owners were selling again ?

It not unusual for owners to leave something behind after they move out and the new owner has to get rid of it.. but that is getting ridiculous… RIP!

Then tenant would not wake up so the agent just went ahead and took his photos anyway… unbelievable!
