At a gala event on Friday Night First National Nerang was again awarded the REIQ Queensland Agency of the Year in the medium agency category. Â This is the third time that the agency has won the state’s premier award and not for 2 years in a row.
Nerang First National will go on to represent Queensland in the 2010 REIA National Awards for Excellence on the 25th of March, 2010 in Adelaide. Congratulations to all  finalists and winners including Sissons and Place Estate Agents who took out the small and large agency categories respectively.
REIQ Board Chair Pamela Bennett said each of the award contenders should be congratulated for choosing to focus on their positive achievements during the economic difficulties of the past year.
“The Queensland real estate market has certainly experienced marked highs and lows over the past few years, with 2009 a particularly trying time for many of our members,” Mrs Bennett said.
“Thankfully, this year heralds more stable economic conditions, which augurs well for all of our members.
“These annual awards showcase the very best of our profession and recognise those who, together with the REIQ, believe that best practice, commitment and integrity are the keys to a successful and fulfilling real estate career.”

What can I say……I follow what you do keenly on the web…..and you seem to always be there first….a real pat on the back. Its also very gratifying to see that there are amongst us, frankly a more mature technologically aware professional audience, that you have been recognised for something, that frankly……..is the future. Maybe not this year or 2011……but just watch this spot. The fact you guys have already enveloped whats ahead is so exciting……well done!
