Queensland Commission Rates

Queensland Real Estate Commission Rates Unlike some other states in Australia, commission rates in Queensland have a maximum rate set by law in the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act (PAMD).

The maximum Queensland commission for residential property sales is 5% of the first $18,000 of the purchase price + 2.5% of the balance of the purchase price plus the GST if applicable.
